It’s been a while.
Summer here in Australia with Christmas thrown in with two small children, a serious leg infection that left me very ill, and then a holiday to visit relatives in another state.
Also, I suffered from a bout of writer’s block that was as unpleasant as it was depressing.
But everything’s back now. I am reading two books ready which I’ll review, and have finished a few more. One of my favourites so far has been Roger Ebert’s Your Movie Sucks. I haven’t seen even close to all the films in this book, but of those I have seen, I only disagree with one review. It’s a funny collection of his most scathing reviews; now I have to hunt down the first collection of negativity.
To finish this off, letting everyone know I’m still alive, a blogger named Matthew Scott Baker reviewed Terrifying Teddies. To say I’m chuffed is something of an understatement. I haven’t received my copy of the book to read yet, but will add it to the pile when I do.
Hope you all have a happy 2013.
